SPRING AWAKENING

Rehearsals for Opus One's 'Spring Awakening' are in full swing in Amsterdam.

The musical with book and lyrics by Steven Sater and music by Duncan Sheik will play in DeLaMar West, the new location of Amsterdam's famous DeLaMar theatre and will feature eleven young actors and actresses that have just graduated or have yet to graduate in a year where all theatres were shut down. All adult parts will be played by Ad Knippels and Wieneke Remmers.

The show is directed by Koen van Dijk and choreographed by Roy Jonathans.

Dana is assisting both the director and the choreographer during rehearsals.

Musical Online Highlight: What's inside & Opening up

In the meantime, two editions of Musical Online have already been released. One last nightly stroll.

Just some days before the national curfew was announced in The Netherlands. Dana teamed up with Jeroen Sigterman and recorded this lovely duet from Dogfight the musical. The video was shot around the Hofvijver in The Hague.
